Your purchase will be sent through USPS with tracking with Etsy labels and packaged in a padded envelope. All pieces will come in a kraft-colored gift box with signature RWD packaging. I normally wrap multiple items in the same box. If you want your items wrapped separately, please message me when you checkout or email me and I will be happy to do so.
Normal design time is 5-7 working days. Shipping times will add on to that based on what option is purchased. Please inquire if you are in need of expedited shipping options.

Our pieces are made with care from super duper high quality materials. Jewelry should be worn with care and treated well. Delicate chains are extremely beautiful with a side of fragile. Please take care of your pieces!
Jewelry stored in small plastic bags (like the one your jewels were shipped in) will keep the jewelry from tarnishing.
If the jewelry does tarnish, simply use a jewelry polishing cloth or jewelry polishing solution.
Remove jewelry before showering, going to bed or participating in any physical activity.
Keep jewelry away from chemicals and cleaning products.

*Gold Filled Metals are a super high quality metal. Basically- solid 14K gold mechanically bonded over sterling silver or brass. The color looks exactly like 14K gold at a fraction of the cost. It will not change color and last a lifetime. Most people do not have allergies to gold filled metals.
*Sterling Silver Metals are made of 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent copper. Pure silver is costly and super soft to work with. Sterling silver is an ultra high quality metal.
