Nothing is more on-trend right now than charm bracelets. We are making the process fun and simple. You pick from our wide range of charms, customize charm order and chain length. We will do all the work and ship your way in a sweet little package. Custom charm bracelets make the perfect personalized gift or the ultimate (and surely well-deserved!) gift for yourself! Our charm bracelets are set on a gold filled paperclip style chain.

Pick your charm choices from the numbered charm images. On the first drop box at check out you will enter the numbers of the charms you would like in order from left to right (ie: 55, 12, 10, 40, 2).
At the second drop box at check out you will pick your chain length- don't hesitate to reach out with questions/suggestions for chain length. I'm here to help!

Custom charm bracelets look best when they have an odd number of charms (ie- 3, 5, 7) so that one charm sets right in the center.

Clasp, chain and open ring connectors are gold filled.
Charms are stainless steel, brass or gold plated sterling silver.

Your purchase will be sent through USPS with tracking with Etsy labels and packaged in a padded envelope. All pieces will come packaged in signature RWD packaging. I normally wrap multiple items in the same box. If you want your items wrapped separately, please message me when you checkout or email me and I will be happy to do so.

Custom Orders Not Yet Shipped: If production has begun in any way (even if the custom piece has not yet shipped) the custom fee associated with the order will NOT be refunded.
Custom Orders That Have Shipped: There are no returns accepted on custom created orders or custom stamped pieces.

Please be aware of the lengths and sizes of the jewelry you are ordering. Contact us with any questions about this- we have great images and resources that may help. If you need your pieces lengthened or shortened after purchase there will be a 15% restocking fee. Sorry, Charlie!
Care instructions

Our pieces are made with care from super duper high quality materials. Jewelry should be worn with care and treated well. Delicate chains are extremely beautiful with a side of fragile. Please take care of your pieces!
Jewelry stored in small plastic bags (like the one your jewels were shipped in) will keep the jewelry from tarnishing.
If the jewelry does tarnish, simply use a jewelry polishing cloth or jewelry polishing solution.
Remove jewelry before showering, going to bed or participating in any physical activity.
Keep jewelry away from chemicals and cleaning products.
Gift wrapping and packaging

About our metals

*Gold Filled Metals are a super high quality metal. Basically- solid 14K gold mechanically bonded over sterling silver or brass. The color looks exactly like 14K gold at a fraction of the cost. It will not change color and last a lifetime. Most people do not have allergies to gold filled metals.
*Sterling Silver Metals are made of 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent copper. Pure silver is costly and super soft to work with. Sterling silver is an ultra high quality metal.

RWD no longer accepts returns or exchanges. All pieces are handmade and personalized which creates an issue for returns.
Please contact us if you are looking to make a return/exchange. We do sometimes make exceptions. This decision will be made by RWD staff.
